Hitter's Log

is a tool to track your at-bats, keep stats, and in turn take this valuable information to become a better player. Features of Hitter's Log include Hot Zone- based on the data you enter, the hot zone will tell you your batting average when you swing at pitches in each particular zone. Spray Chart -location on the field where you hit the ball. Spray chart shows the hitter where each ball put in play went. This valuable information can pin point possible flaws in swing, or just show which part of field you have the most success. Statistics- Stats gives you the ability to see your statistics from all teams combined or broken down by one particular team. Statistics along with the spray chart and hot zone are meant to tell you WHY the statistics are what they are. History-History allows you to look back at past games and study past at bats. This can be especially valuable when playing the same opponent multiple times during the season. Practice Notes - Practice notes allows you a place to look back and retrieve past teachings, successes, failures, and reminders.

Hot Zone

Hot Zone essentially tells the hitter which pitch they like best. Based on the data you enter, the hot zone will tell you your batting average when you swing at pitches in each particular zone. There are 9 strike zone areas, and 8 circles representing pitches out of the zone. To see how the application arived at a particular batting average on the hot zone, just press the circle or square, and it will reveal the amount of at bats and hits for that zone.

History

History is a list of each individual game , when selecting a particular game you will be able to go back and look at the data from that game History allows you to look back at past games and study past at bats. This can be especially valuable when playing the same opponent multiple times during the season. Be sure to take advantage of the notes feature when logging each game. HISTORY contains past at bat notes which may give opponent pitching tendencies, positive feelings, or even mechanical information about your swing.

Stats gives you the ability to see your statistics from all teams combined or broken down by one particular team. Statistics along with the spray chart and hot zone are meant to tell you WHY the statistics are what they are.

Practice Notes

Practice notes allows you a place to look back and retrieve past teachings, successes, failures, and reminders. No longer will valuable learning be forgotten. Each entry is dated and labeled accordingly only the most dedicated and prepared players will take advantage of this feature..

Spray Chart

The Spray Chart is the location on the field where you hit the ball. When prompted the user will drag the ball to the spot on the field that the ball was hit to Spray chart shows the hitter where each ball put in play went. This valuable information can pin point possible flaws in the swing, or just show which part of the field you have the most success. The FILTER button on the bottom right of the spray chart page allows you to focus in on specific results. It can be broken into base hits, ground balls, fly balls, line drives, and even provide data for desired periods of time during the season.
